There are so many ways to become a Vanderheyden Volunteer.
Community groups, individuals and organizations come together to support the individuals we serve.
At Vanderheyden, we value our volunteers and realize the impact they have to the successful operation of our agency.
All types of volunteers are needed at Vanderheyden. Whether it be through volunteering at fundraising events, building a shed, painting a wall or helping to mentor a resident, you are making a difference for those in our care.
If you choose to volunteer directly with individuals in our care, you will be required to complete an application and interview process as well as be cleared by the New York State Central Registry.
