Job Services

Vocational and job coach trainings to enhance the growth and potential for students.

Vanderheyden offers career training opportunities through varying preparation assessments and services along with in-person training that is designed to prepare our students for the reality of post-secondary work. We provide career interest inventories, career assessments, and work based learning opportunities to students with their career goal in mind that will help prepare them for the transition into the real world. Our students have gained experience through on-campus opportunities such as the school bakery, kitchen, maintenance team, and other student-specific areas to fit their goals. Students also work to obtain off-campus opportunities at various community locations.
