Children and Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS)
In-home services for children with health and behavioral issues.
Vanderheyden is a designated Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) Provider. CFTSS are free behavioral health services covered by New York state Medicaid and help with mental health and substance use needs, which give children/youth (21 years of age and under) and their families the power to improve their health, well-being and quality of life. The services are provided at home or in the community and strengthen families and help them make informed decisions about their care.
