Programs and Services

We offer housing options in Rensselaer, Glens Falls, Averill Park and Troy. Individuals live within a group home or apartment setting dependent on the level of support they need. Housing support provide the individuals with the opportunity to participate in their community, build relationship, gain skills to live independently with medical support that is need for each individual.
